Ex-PFN president sympathises with Apostle Suleman

The immediate past National President of Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, Rev. Felix Omobude, has sympathized with the General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries Apostle Johnson Suleman over the assassination attempt on his life.

PUNCH Metro on Friday evening reported that the convoy of the Auchi, Edo State-based cleric was attacked by suspected assassinators.

The incident led to the death of seven people including three police officers.

According to The Nation, Omobude, in a statement signed by his media aide, Ralph Okhiria condemned the attack while also calling on law enforcement agencies to bring the perpetrators to justice.

The cleric who is also the General Superintendent of the Gospel Light International Ministries (New Covenant Gospel Church), thanked God for the survival of Apostle Suleman and his family.

He also sympathized with the families of the victims of the attack.

According to him,” …attack on one Nigerian was an attack on all Nigerians”.

He also enjoined the Federal Government to prioritise the security and safety of the lives of all Nigerians.
