Emir of Kano gives verdict on Ganduje’s administration
The Emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu Bayero, has praised Governor Abdullahi Ganduje, saying in the last eight years the state has witnessed massive transformation.
According to News Agency of Nigeria, Bayero gave this commendation when he paid the traditional Sallah homage to the governor on Sunday.
The Chief Press Secretary to the state’s Deputy Governor, Hassan Musa, in a statement quoted Bayero as saying that Ganduje introduce and executed people-oriented projects in different parts of the state.
The Emir said that Kano State witnessed “massive transformation” under Ganduje’s administration, saying that the emirate threw its weight behind his administration.
While hailing the government’s effort in securing the state which had made Kano one of the most peaceful in the country, Bayero urged Kano residents should show their cooperation toward the success of the national population census slated to hold early next month in order
He also commended Ganduje and his administration for his signicant role in succeeding his forefathers throne of the emirate.
“We will never forget the kindest support you accorded to us. May Allah continue to guide and promote you in your endeavours,” the Emir was quoted as praying.
