The Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, represented the Lamido of Adamawa, Alhaji Muhammadu Barkindo Aliyu Musdafa HRH, at a Tafsir lecture today.
Making the known through his Twitter handle today, the former Vice President stated that the event took place this afternoon, at the Yola central mosque.
According to him, the event was to commemorate the end of the Ramadan lectures for the 2023 Ramadan fasting, which will be ending in a few days.
However, the former number two citizen of Nigeria, prayed that the mercies and blessings of the holy month of Ramadan, remain with us, even after the noble month.
“I was honoured to represent the Lamido Adamawa, HRH Alhaji Muhammadu Barkindo Aliyu Musdafa, at the Closing of Ramadhan Taseer at the Yola Central Mosque, Yola, this afternoon. May the mercies and blessings of Ramadan remain with us even when the noble month is gone. Amin. -AA,” he tweeted.
